Mona and Borna’s wedding at Palm Royale was a refined fusion of Persian tradition and modern glamour. Designed around a custom sofreh aghd built from scratch by the Beyond Bloems team, this celebration showcased how heritage elements can be reimagined with a clean, elevated lens. The sofreh — created in an all-white palette of fresh florals and modern sculptural pieces — anchored the ceremony with both intention and aesthetic impact, reflecting the couple’s deep cultural roots in a new way.
The design unfolded across Palm Royale’s iconic courtyard and interiors, with berry-toned candlelight, gold accents, and white florals weaving a thread of softness and elegance from the grand floral staircase to the custom reception stage. A contemporary gold backdrop framed the couple for the evening’s events, creating a warm and luminous focal point that felt both luxe and personal. This Persian wedding was a masterclass in balance — honoring tradition while embracing an editorial, modern wedding design that felt truly one of a kind.
