Akin Rodeo Kickoff Party | The Astorian, Houston

Hosted at The Astorian in Houston, Akin's annual Rodeo Kickoff Party reimagined Western luxury through immersive branding, elevated floral design, and experiential event production. Beyond Bloems transformed the venue into a fully branded environment where every detail reflected the spirit of the event.

A custom branded entrance welcomed guests into the celebration, while barrel cocktail tables, miniature cowboy boot floral arrangements, lounge vignettes, and layered Western details encouraged guests to explore the space. Custom cocktails, branded citrus, and neon signage reinforced Akin's identity in a way that felt intentional and playful.

The evening's signature installation featured a six foot mirrored disco horse suspended above the bar, draped with cascading peach garden roses to resemble a floral saddle. Oversized guitar displays, rich seasonal florals, and a live performance by the Randy Rogers Band completed the experience, blending Texas heritage with contemporary event design.
